In a post on their website, Brandeis Hospitality has announced several new dining options on campus during the fall semester. The website states, “As students from across the globe begin their journey back to Brandeis University for the start of the fall semester, the Brandeis Hospitality team has been hard at work to welcome students back to campus. Students and Faculty will be amazed by all the new and exciting changes that will enhance their dining experience.”In the Usdan Student Center, Usdan Kitchen has been upgraded with a rice station and a made-to-order pasta station. Farm Table at Sherman now features a build-your-own flatbread station, in-house paninis, a rice station and a made-to-order bowl station. Meanwhile, Kosher Table at Sherman has new grain bowls and a new soup station on dairy days.
