John Baines, of Southall Drive, appeared at Redditch Magistrates’ Court on July 27 for failing to provide details of the driver of a Volkswagen after being asked to by police, who believed the driver had committed an offence on October 23, 2025, in Droitwich. He also appeared charged with failing to wear a seatbelt while driving a VW on Worcester Road, Hartlebury on July 24, 2025. He was also ordered to pay £135 in costs and a £92 surcharge.
