Former Nebraska forecaster Kent Boughton funeral details announcedGRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KLKN) — On July 26, Kent Boughton passed away after battling lung cancer. Boughton was a former Channel 8 forecaster, along with many other news organizations throughout Nebraska. His celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Grand Island. The visitation will be at the same church from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 31, and the burial will be at Mt.
