She was born on June 27, 1932, in Cassity, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Wayne and Velma (Rader) Rutherford. Waneta was a woman of remarkable independence, known for her resolute spirit and her unwavering sense of self. A believer in the Christian faith, Waneta found strength and solace in her spirituality throughout her life. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Marc Caton officiating.
