Nellore: Responding to the call given by former chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) youth wing staged a massive protest rally in Nellore on Tuesday, alleging widespread irregularities in the Mega DSC teacher recruitment process and demanding a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe. The protest march was led by former minister and YSRCP Nellore District President Kakani Govardhan Reddy along with Nellore City in-charge MLC Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy. In addition to demanding a CBI inquiry into the Mega DSC, protesters called for the resignation of Education Minister Nara Lokesh. MLC Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy alleged that appointments under the sports quota violated established norms, damaging the integrity of teacher recruitment. Nellore Rural in-charge Anam Vijayakumar Reddy, Venkatagiri in-charge Nedurumalli Ramkumar Reddy, District Youth President Vutukuru Nagarjuna, and Student Wing District President Asrith Reddy participated in the demonstration.
