Vijayawada: In a significant initiative to promote the all-round development of future healthcare professionals, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr NTR UHS) here has launched the curtain raiser for its first-ever Inter-Collegiate Cultural Meet–2026. The curtain raiser was jointly inaugurated on Tuesday by Vice-Chancellor Dr P Chandrasekhar and Registrar Dr T Sai Sudheer at the university campus. Registrar Dr Sai Sudheer emphasised that participation in cultural activities enhances students’ self-confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities, and team spirit. The Inter-Collegiate Cultural Meet–2026 will be held from August 12 to 14 at NRI Medical College, Chinakakani, Guntur district. NRI Medical College Principal and Director (Research & Development) Dr Suryaprabha, Director (Publications) Dr K Sudha, university officials, faculty members, and staff participated in the event.
