Donald Eugene Kinser, age 80, of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on June 27, 2026. He was born on October 23, 1945, in Dayton, Ohio, to Ralph Edward Kinser and Thelma Rebecca Fourman Kinser. He leaves behind his wife, Wanda Kinser; his stepson and best friend, Michael Hearne; grandchildren Hayden Hearne and Alisa Hearne Harris; his son, Donny Kinser; and his daughters, Deann Leight and Nicole Glueck. He was a devoted husband, protector, and dependable friend who stood up for what was right and helped others with quiet strength.
