ABERDEEN, SD (Hub City Radio)Lynn Heupel, Auditor for Brown County gave us an update on how early voting and absentee voting has gone coming up to today’s run off election. She had a reminder that results won’t come in for this historic election until later this evening. This run off election is the first for a Gubernatorial race in State History.
