Haselden Builders hosted a Framing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) luncheon on July 23, alongside project owner and developer Prospect Properties, to mark a major construction milestone at the new Sun Valley Townhomes project. The event marks the structural framing completion and the successful rough-in of essential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems—a critical transition in bringing modern, family-focused urban residences to Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood. Owned and developed by Prospect Properties, the Sun Valley Townhomes project will deliver 78 multi-bedroom townhomes to a rapidly transforming district near Empower Field at Mile High and the South Platte River corridor. “Working alongside Prospect Properties on this project has been a great partnership. Beyond structural progress, the development incorporates high-efficiency mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems engineered for long-term sustainability, tenant comfort, and low operational overhead.
