WESTFIELD – Frank P. Chlastawa Jr., 91, (1934-2026) passed away peacefully on July 26th, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Westfield, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Frank and Sophia (Kwapien) Chlastawa. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Firtion-Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, Massachusetts. A memorial service will immediately follow, with burial afterward at Brookside Cemetery in Easthampton.
