After finishing a coffee topped with cookie dough chunks, she claims to have found what appeared to be a dental crown at the bottom of her cup.
Recommended VideosTikTok creator Koy (@koyahna) shared a video showing what she said she found after purchasing the drink at a Dutch Bros drive-thru location in Bakersfield.
One person, who identified themselves as a Dutch Bros employee in Tennessee, said the cookie dough pieces arrive from a supplier in sealed bags inside sealed boxes.
As of publication, Dutch Bros has not issued a public statement addressing Koy’s TikTok videos.
