Spread the loveThe Palm Beach County Fire Rescue came to the aid of a lost dog who fled from the scene of a motor vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon. Sadie’s owner had been deeply worried about her dog, and while dealing with the emergency crews helping at the scene, the rescue team also fanned out to search for the dog. A drone equipped with infrared thermal imaging spotted Sadie after she disappeared into the dense, six-foot-tall stalks. That’s when the firefighters deployed their rescue drone with advanced thermal technology; the drone quickly picked up Sadie’s heat signature guiding the firefighters to her exact location in the thick brush. With so many thanks to our wonderful firefighters, Sadie was brought to safety, given food and water and reunited with her grateful owner.
