He emphasized that every Christian has received gifts from God that are meant to strengthen the Church and advance her mission. “There are many gifts in the Church among her children, but it is the same Spirit who grants those gifts,” he said. The 53-year-old Catholic Bishop emphasized that receiving spiritual gifts also brings responsibility.
