He described Adams as an accomplished public servant, institution builder and respected tax administrator. The governor credited Adams with strengthening Kaduna State’s fiscal capacity through his leadership at KADIRS, where he has overseen efforts to improve internally generated revenue and enhance tax administration. Governor Sani said the nomination aligns with his vision of building a united, peaceful and prosperous Kaduna State, adding that merit, competence and character would continue to guide leadership under his administration.
