During its Unpacked event earlier this month, Samsung unveiled its AI smart glasses powered by Android XR. Now it's been revealed that the glasses will come with an important privacy feature whenever they do finally go on sale. If you try to block the LED indicator with a sticker or something like that, the glasses will detect the obstruction and disable the camera entirely. This is similar to what Meta recently did for its own smart glasses. Of course, whether this is enough to make people feel comfortable about others wearing smart glasses around them isn't very clear.
