Kasper Høgh has admitted he was overcome with emotion as he said goodbye to Bodø/Glimt before completing his record-breaking move to Celtic. Høgh leaves Bodø having established himself as one of the most feared strikers in Scandinavian football. While Celtic supporters are understandably excited by his arrival, leaving Bodø/Glimt was far from easy for the striker. Reflecting on his farewell before Saturday’s training session, Høgh admitted emotions got the better of him. His emotional farewell in Norway may have closed one successful chapter of his career, but Celtic supporters will be hoping it is merely the beginning of an even greater one in green and white.
