SIOUX FALLS — A robbery report at a Sioux Falls business led to a multi-county pursuit and the arrest of a Minnesota man, law enforcement officials say. Shortly after 12:30 p.m. Sunday, July 26, police in Sioux Falls responded to a report of a robbery at a Hy-Vee gas station in the 3100 block of East 10th Street. ADVERTISEMENTAccording to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, responding Sioux Falls police officers engaged in a pursuit involving a 2007 Chrysler Aspen driven by 32-year-old Nathan Boswell, of Ebro, Minnesota, but lost sight of the vehicle near Interstate 229 and 10th Street. Troopers say the suspect vehicle drove westbound in oncoming traffic and continued driving west, eventually crossing into McCook County — more than 30 miles away from the reported robbery in Sioux Falls. ADVERTISEMENTAccording to court records, he was also issued a municipal citation in Sioux Falls for two stop sign violations, failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to yield, municipal speeding, corner cutting and a lane violation.
