Funds are needed particularly for research, which she added was improving all the time but that “we need to keep at it”. Some of the money goes to services but “it’s research that makes people live”, Daniel said. Funds were raised for cancer research charity, Relay for Life PICTURE: COLM LENAGHANTo manage the large crowd that descended on the area for the tea ride, a park and ride was set up from nearby Keadue Rovers Football Club.
