Sogard was also charged with driving under suspension, with Albrecht also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sogard and Albrecht are being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail with bail set at $40,000 and $13,000 cash-only bonds respectively. Rowe has been transferred to the Floyd County Jail and was being held on $1,000 cash-only bond. He faces a probation revocation hearing October 10th in Floyd County District Court. More charges are possible in the investigation, which was also assisted by Iowa State Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Iowa State Patrol, Task Force SOG, Mason City Police Department and Mason City Fire Medics.
