LeBron James already has someone offering assistance if he is looking for the best golf locations in the Philadelphia area as he prepares to join the 76ers for the 2026-27 season. After James agreed to a two-year, $8 million deal with the Sixers, Eagles running back Saquon Barkley welcomed him to the city by offering to play a round of golf. James' love of the links apparently became something that golf course managers in cities he was believed to be considering playing for used in an attempt to entice him. TMZ Sports reported earlier this week that local companies in Philadelphia and Cleveland promised to give him free rounds and lessons if he signed with the 76ers or Cavaliers.
