Cold Lake RCMP are investigation after two men were found unresponsive in the Walmart parking lot early on September 8. “Both were noted to be in critical condition by EMS and were transported to hospital via STARS,” reads the RCMP release. According to RCMP the incident was targeted, “Though the investigation is still ongoing, initial information suggests that this was a targeted incident and that there is no ongoing safety concern to the public.”Cold Lake General Investigation Section is leading the investigation.
