BEMIDJI — Three different plans regarding the future management of the Sanford Center were discussed during a Bemidji City Council work session on Monday, as the end of the current management contract looms. The options discussed by the council on Monday included:Renew the contract with ASM Global as is or hire a different event management company. "I believe a food and beverage tax of 1% could bring in income for the Sanford Center and other projects,” he added.
