Ross Neale, 37, of Northleach Close, Redditch was given the CBO at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Wednesday July 15. The order prohibits Neale from:Sgt Charlie Osborne of Redditch Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “We are pleased to get this CBO for Neale whose shoplifting and antisocial behaviour has impacted businesses and visitors to the town centre. “His CBO warns him that if he does anything he is prohibited from doing by this order, or if he fails to do anything he is required to do by this order, he will be committing a criminal offence for which he could be sent to prison or detention and/or ordered to pay a fine. “Anyone who witnesses Neale breaching the terms of this order should report it to police via 101 or on our website.”
