​Residents in Scarborough are set to go to the polls on Thursday, July 30 to elect a new town councillor. ​People living in the coastal resort’s Castle Ward will have the opportunity to choose a new councillor to represent their area on Scarborough Town Council. ​Three polling stations will be in operation, two of which are located at Queen Street Methodist Church on Queen Street, Scarborough. ​The third polling station is at Gladstone and Falsgrave Recreation Centre on Wykeham Street, Scarborough. ​Meanwhile, the deadline to issue Temporary Voter Authority Certificates is 10pm on July 30.
