Paramount+ unveiled first-look images from Dexter: Resurrection season 2 on Tuesday, and while the batch of stills comes without a premiere date, it arrives at a moment when the Dexter brand looks healthier than it has in years. In one image, Dexter and Uma Thurman’s Charley Brown — very much at odds by the end of last season — appear to be on unexpectedly friendly terms. The original series arguably grew too self-serious as it declined. Once Cox was announced, many fans were immediately reminded of John Lithgow's Trinity Killer from Season 4.
