Brian McAneny or Docherty, 40, was found in a van outside his family home in Glasgow’s Barmulloch on June 6, 2024. Prosecutor David Fisken said: “A search of the van recovered large blue bags which appeared to be taped blocks which had the appearance of controlled drugs.” It was estimated that the total weight of the drugs recovered from the van was 16 kilograms.
