CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (WNYT)- A woman is facing felony drunken driving charges after deputies said she hit a parked car in a Clifton Park Hannaford lot. The Sheriff’s Office said Lafave was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The Sheriff’s Office said the charges were elevated because of a previous DWI conviction within the preceding 10 years. The Sheriff’s Office said no injuries were reported and no other vehicles or people were involved. Lafave was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Clifton Park Town Court.
