SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (WNYT)- Saratoga County District Attorney Brett Eby said a Saratoga Springs man pleaded guilty to all 13 counts in a drug and gun case.
The People had previously offered a negotiated disposition of 18 years in state prison.
The charges came after a roughly three-month investigation by the New York State Police Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team, with help from the New York State Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force.
Police later executed a search warrant at Correra’s home in Saratoga Springs, according to the DA’s office.
A 15-year state prison sentence ensures this defendant will no longer endanger our community by distributing large quantities of illegal drugs while possessing loaded firearms,” Eby said.
