Washoe County Sheriff’s Office investigates accidental drowning at Sand Harbor

Upon arrival, deputies observed an unresponsive adult male being brought to shore by bystanders.
Deputies immediately began life-saving measures until medical personnel arrived on scene and continued resuscitation efforts.
The incident is being investigated by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office as an accidental drowning.
The victim was a 32-year-old male from out of state.
