Baltimore Center Stage is set to host “Bocking,” a thought-provoking play by Preston Crowder that examines family dynamics and cultural collisions, with previews beginning Aug. 14 and performances running from Aug. 22 to Sept. 6.
“It’s for us to be in Baltimore doing it right I think it’s just really really cool to bring this unique eclectic group of actors together.”
Baltimore Center Stage, which has been a cultural institution for more than 60 years, is positioning itself as a leader in presenting engaging and risky new works.
“Baltimore Center Stage has been around for more than 60 years,” said Bridgette Burton, lead producer for “Bocking.”
