PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A 73-year-old Perry man died after being struck by a vehicle Monday night on Highway 41 in Houston County, according to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and the Houston County Coroner’s Office. Houston County Coroner James Williams identified the victim as John David West of Perry. According to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, the Houston County E-911 Center received a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at approximately 10:45 p.m. Monday on Highway 41 North, just south of the Highway 96 intersection. The Houston County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division is investigating the cause of the collision.
