After 36 years of puppet magic in Park Slope, Puppetworks is ready to begin a new act. “We love making generational memories for Brooklyn families, and we just think Sunset Park is full of Brooklyn families, and we just really want to serve our patrons the best we can.” The final curtain at Puppetworks’ Park Slope theater will fall on Aug. 9. After the show, guests are invited to join the troupe for a toast at Park Slope Ale House, located up the block at 356 Sixth Ave. “[Park Slope Ale House] is another small local business that we respect, so they’ve been kind enough to host that for us,” Moore said.
