After a decade of ownership, Sara Gilbert has officially said goodbye to her modern farmhouse-style spread tucked away in the historic Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. First listed in April 2025 at nearly $11 million and substantially reduced twice, the property ultimately sold for $8.45 million. That closing price lands at around $1.6 million more than the actress/producer paid in 2016, back when she was still married to songwriter Linda Perry.
