It was a fashion fest at The Rink at Rockefeller Center Monday night, where leading American designers gathered to celebrate the United Flags of Fashion. The display honors the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and was put together by the Council of Fashion Designers of America, Vogue, Rockefeller Center and national nonpartisan organization America250. Each participant reimagined one of 50 state flags, five territory flags and Washington, D.C., offering their interpretation reflecting the nation’s diversity and cultural breadth. More than 120 custom flags are being flown on the flagpoles framing The Rink at Rockefeller Center through Sept. 4. Anna Wintour , Karlie Kloss and Tory Burch at The Rink at Rockefeller Center.
