The Mississippi Valley Fair will happen August 4th through the 9th—the heart of summer. I think many in the Quad Cities would take a little rain over the extreme heat warning we are currently in. The Quad Cities extreme heat warning remains in effect until 10:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27. The one part of Quad Cities summer weather that is harder to predict this far out is the rain. But keep an eye on it as we get closer to the 2026 Mississippi Valley Fair.
