Kevin and Julie Ervin are selling the diner to long-time employee, Pablo Escribano and his wife, Diana. Kevin and Julie Ervin say seeing Escribano’s love for the diner reminded them of why they bought it nearly 16 years ago. CBS 58’s Amanda Becker stopped by the diner for one last garbage plate before they change hands.
