Francine Casanova BrundageFrancine Casanova Brundage of Washington, North Carolina passed away on July 23, 2026, at the age of 81. Fran grew up in Jacksonville, NC graduating from Jacksonville Senior High before receiving her degree from Hardbarger Business College in Raleigh, NC. Fran spent most of her years in Washington, NC where she built a full life centered around her family, community and service to others. Fran was a devoted mother to her beloved three sons whom she shared with the late Willard Lee Rumley. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests a memorial contribution to be made to the Brown Library in Washington, NC.
