Police are looking for witnesses after a fatal two-vehicle crash in Chatham. The collision occurred on Queen's Line, between Bloomfield Road and Dillon Road, just after 12 a.m. Sunday. A 57-year-old from Chatham died in hospital after being airlifted to London Health Sciences Centre.
