Inner Light Juice, which started in 2021, has expanded from its beginnings with its juice wagon to a location in downtown Eagle, a food truck and now a location in Riverwalk in Edwards. By using commercial-grade juicing equipment, blenders and creativity, Inner Light Juice has an extensive lineup of flavors.
