Rua Rí is set to perform across the nation from September to November 2026, following the release of his debut album. Rua Rí has announced an Irish headline tour following the release of his debut album Tell Your Mother I Saved Your Life. The album is a raw depiction of his youth, not romanticising his upbringing but basking in the boring, the insignificant, the complete ordinarity of it all. Rua Rí has previously supported other Irish folk artists such as Amble, Joshua Burnside, Kean Kavanagh and Sam Amidon,and is quickly becoming a big name in the Irish folk music scene.
