Brad Pitt has passed the torch of his midcentury modern Los Angeles residence to another Golden Globe-winning actor. According to TMZ, Austin Butler paid £4 million for the F1 star’s three-bedroom, two-bathroom Los Feliz home in an off-market deal. Known as the Steel House, Butler’s new glassy hillside pad was designed by architect the Neil A. Johnson. Getty swapped homes with Pitt when he bought her historic dwelling, with the heiress plunking down $33 million for Pitt’s longtime residence in the eastern Hollywood Hills. The Fight Club star has now moved into a $12 million Spanish-style house in the Hills that he bought from The Killers guitarist Dave Keuning.
