SRINAGAR: Power supply will remain disrupted in several areas of Srinagar and Jammu divisions on Tuesday as the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) and Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) have scheduled maintenance works on their distribution network. Meanwhile, JPDCL said electricity supply will remain affected from 5:30 am to 10:30 am in Transport Nagar, Narwal, Railway Colony, parts of Channi Himmat, Malik Market, Bathindi, Sunjwan, Boria and nearby localities in Jammu. In addition, Bathindi, Sunjwan and adjoining areas will witness brief interruptions from 5:30 am to 6 am and again from 10 am to 10:30 am on the same day. Electricity supply to Balote Navodaya and adjoining areas will also remain suspended on July 28 from 6 am to 11 am. Besides, power supply to Chainpura, Moni, Mandir, Ujh Barrage, Dhanni, Jakhole, Gurah Panditan, Baira Malaman and adjoining areas will remain affected on July 28 from 7 am to 9 am due to scheduled maintenance works.
