Fourteen years ago, FDU did a poll finding 63% of New Jerseyans wanted to stick with a ban on self-serve gas and only 23% wanted to pump their own. No majority wants to lift America’s only statewide ban on self-serve gas. But hey, if this is fine with you, then be consistent and demand a ban on all forms of self-serve. Don’t ever scan anything yourself to save time at a store if you won’t let me have the option to pump my own gas.
