Greater Thameslink Railway have been modernising stations across the network. The latest station in this project has been Elstree & Borehamwood, which has been refreshed with the ‘Model Stations’ concept. The main booking hall has been changed into zones to help streamline ticket purchasing. There are interactive screens with detailed information, a map and British Sign Language departure information also available.
