The Government of Ontario continues to offer a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Fowler’s disappearance. The Prince Edward County OPP Crime Unit is conducting the investigation, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).
