Wales striker Phoebie Poole has joined Watford women as they prepare for life after being promoted to Women's Super League 2. Her Wales debut came as a substitute in the World Cup qualifier win over Albania in April. Watford sealed promotion in the same month with a 3-1 win at south Wales side Gwalia United. Watford - who have Wales legend Helen Ward as their head of women's football - have also signed Tianna Teisar following her exit from Bristol City. The 20-year-old is uncapped, but has previously been called up by Rhian Wilkinson and spent last season on loan at Plymouth, playing alongside Poole.
