She makes each touchpoint special, from sign-up and practice nights to the actual show that is part of the Wood County Fair. Off the Rails food trolley provided food to participants, mentors and volunteers during the Ring of Dreams practice day. She knew if she started a similar program in Wood County, Liam would eventually have that opportunity. Mentors and participants are all smiles during the Ring of Dreams practice day on July 21 at the Wood County Fairgrounds.
