A Caddo Parish Sheriff's Deputy's keen observation led to the peaceful arrest of a domestic violence suspect on Saturday. The incident began on Friday, when Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance involving family members at a business on Corporate Drive. He was taken to the Caddo Correctional Center and booked on those charges.
