UPDATED – 07/28/26 – Delaware State Police have identified 27 year old Aubrie Barnes of Dover as the man who died in the single-vehicle fatal crash on Bay Road that occurred Sunday afternoon in Dover. ==================================================================ORIGINAL STORY – 07/27/26 – Investigation into a single-vehicle crash in Dover Sunday afternoon just after 3 reveals that a Lexus GX driven by a 27 year old Dover man was traveling northbound on Bay Road from exit 93 and recklessly changing lanes when the SUV struck the center median Jersey barrier and rolled over on its side. The driver was unrestrained and was pronounced dead at the scene.
