Property developer APxHouse and architectural firm Pieter Mostert Architects (PMA) have announced an exclusive partnership for the development of Woodlands @ Herboths, an upscale low-density nature estate situated east of WindhoekUnder the collaboration, PMA will serve as the estate architects, responsible for the architectural design of homes and overseeing design approvals on behalf of the estate’s Home Owners Association. According to the statement, Woodlands @ Herboths covers roughly 160 hectares of protected nature estate, with 31 freehold erven ranging from three to eight hectares each. Pieter Mostert, Professional Architect and Founder of PMA highlighted the company’s firm belief that every home should emerge naturally from its setting. Woodlands @ Herboths builds on the success of the neighbouring Herboths Blick estate, where all erven have been successfully sold.
